About the pseudo-autonomous issues
The name pseudo-autonomous is usually given to the coins that, in spite of being issued by a Greek city under the rule of a Roman emperor, do not depict the head of the emperor or of another member of the imperial family. The coin presented on this page falls in this category. It was possibly minted in the second half of 2nd century, or maybe at the beginning of the 3rd century AD.
